Prices are for a car in good to average condition. Heavily neglected cars (heavy pet hair, mould, mud, months of build-up) add $40, and extra-large vehicles such as a LandCruiser, Patrol, people mover or van add $30 to $60. You get a firm price before we start, and it does not move on the day. Crossed-out prices show the standard rate; the orange figure is your first service with 25% off, until 31 January 2027.
A coating is only as good as the paint under it.
Wash
Wheels, arches and tyres first, then a foam soak and contact wash.
Decontaminate
Iron remover and a clay bar until the paint is glass-smooth.
Machine polish
A single-stage cut and polish takes out swirls before anything is sealed in.
Coat
Applied panel by panel and levelled by hand. Keep it dry for 24 hours, first wash after a week.
What you actually notice.
- Gloss with depth: colour looks deeper because the paint was corrected first.
- Water beading that keeps working: the car dries faster and spots less.
- UV and contaminant resistance: droppings and sap sit on the coating, not the clear coat.
- Easier washes: dirt lets go with far less effort.
How long it lasts
We use Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light. Gtechniq rate it at up to five years, but that assumes a garaged car washed properly every time. Realistically you are looking at 2 to 3 years of solid protection on a Brisbane car, depending on how it is washed and where it lives.

When the paint needs more than one pass.
Heavily swirled or oxidised paint gets a multi-stage correction taken as close to perfect as the paint allows, then coated. Exterior only, and always quoted in person.

Coated after polishing so they stay clear.
