Fleet Detailing Brisbane and the Redlands

We bring the water, power and gear to your yard, depot or office car park. No vehicles off the lot, no staff running cars to a wash bay. Per-vehicle rates from $70, volume discounts from three vehicles, and one itemised invoice at the end of the month.

Per-vehicle pricing

Three levels, priced per vehicle.

Rates below are per vehicle before volume discount. Vans, utes and 4WDs sit at the upper end; small hatchbacks at the lower. We confirm a firm per-vehicle rate after looking at a sample of the fleet.

Maintenance Wash

$70–$130
per vehicle

The recurring one. Keeps a working fleet presentable without the cost of a full detail every time.

  • Wheels, arches and tyres
  • Foam and contact body wash
  • Windows in and out
  • Interior vacuum and wipe-down
  • Bins emptied, rubbish cleared

Full Detail

$150–$300
per vehicle

A proper reset. For handover vehicles, end-of-lease returns, or bringing a neglected fleet back to a standard you can hold.

  • Everything in the maintenance wash
  • Full interior detail and sanitise
  • Door jambs and seals
  • Trim treatment and tyre dressing
  • Sealant for water beading

Sales Recon

$300–$500
per vehicle

Stock prep for the yard and the listing photos. Cars that photograph well spend less time sitting on the lot.

  • Everything in the full detail
  • Machine polish — cut and polish
  • Wet-vac carpet and seat extraction
  • Engine bay detail
  • Trim restoration and exhaust tips
Volume discount

The more vehicles, the lower the rate.

10%
3–5 vehicles
15%
6–10 vehicles
20%
11+ vehicles

Discount applies per visit, not per month — bring five vehicles to one booking and all five are discounted. Ongoing schedules are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms.

Who this is for

Built for vehicles that have to work.

Dealerships & used car yards

Stock prep and recon before photography, plus pre-delivery detailing on sold vehicles. We work through the yard on site, so nothing has to be driven off the lot or booked into a bay. Useful when a car lands late and needs to be listed the next morning.

Trade & work vehicles

Utes, vans and trucks carrying tools, dust and job-site mud all week. A branded vehicle is advertising whether it is clean or not, so a recurring wash keeps the signage readable and the cab liveable for whoever is driving it.

Rental & rideshare

Turnaround cleans between hirers, and the deeper interior work rideshare drivers need to hold their rating. We can work around a shift pattern rather than expecting the car to be off the road all day.

Real estate & small business fleets

Anything from three cars to twenty. If your staff drive to clients, the vehicle is the first thing the client sees. A monthly visit to the office car park costs less than the hours your team would spend doing it themselves.

How it works

On your site, on a schedule.

Fleet work runs differently to a one-off detail. The point is a standard you can rely on without having to think about it.

Questions

Fleet questions.

What is the minimum number of vehicles?
There is no hard minimum — we will do a single work ute. Volume pricing starts at three vehicles in one visit, so most fleets find it worth grouping bookings together rather than spreading them across the week.
Do you need water and power on site?
Yes. We bring the equipment, but we need an outdoor tap and a standard power point. Most yards, depots and office car parks have both. If your site does not, tell us up front and we will work out what is possible before quoting.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Usually. Early mornings before vehicles go out, or later in the afternoon as they come back, tends to suit trade fleets. Dealerships often prefer mid-week when the yard is quieter. We are mobile seven days a week.
What if a vehicle is out on a job when you arrive?
It gets caught on the next scheduled visit and you are not charged for it. We only invoice for vehicles actually done.
Do you invoice, or is it pay on the day?
Ongoing fleet accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms, itemised by vehicle. One-off fleet jobs are payable on completion. ABN 51 189 899 019.
Can you do paint correction or ceramic coating on fleet vehicles?
Yes — that sits above the sales recon tier and is quoted per vehicle. It is most common on dealership stock and directors’ cars rather than across a whole working fleet, since a coating on a vehicle that lives on a job site is rarely money well spent.
Do fleet jobs earn loyalty stamps?
Fleet accounts run on volume pricing rather than the loyalty card, because the discount is already built into the per-vehicle rate. The stamp card is for individual customers.
