15%A 15% deposit confirms your booking once we have agreed a price and a date, by PayID or bank transfer. The balance is due on completion. Maintenance visits need no deposit.

Booking policies

Deposit: 15% confirms your booking, by PayID or bank transfer once we agree a date. Balance on completion.
Rescheduling: give us 24 hours and the deposit moves to the new date. Cancel or no-show and it is kept.
If we cancel for weather or anything at our end, the deposit moves or comes back in full.
Maintenance visits are paid on completion with no deposit. Fleet accounts are invoiced monthly.
We use your outdoor tap and power point. Heavily neglected cars are re-quoted on arrival before any work starts.
