15%A 15% deposit confirms your booking once we've agreed a price and a date, PayID or bank transfer, balance on completion. It's non-refundable if you cancel or don't show, though if you just need a different day, it moves with you.

Booking policies

  • Deposit: 15% of the quoted price confirms your booking, paid by PayID or bank transfer once we have agreed a date. The balance is due on completion.
  • Cancellations: the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show. Move the date with 24 hours notice and it transfers to the new booking.
  • If we cancel: for weather, illness or anything at our end, your deposit moves to the new date or comes back in full.
  • Weather: if rain makes your detail pointless, we contact you and reschedule at no charge.
  • Exemptions: the maintenance program is paid on completion each visit with no deposit. Fleet accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms.
  • Access: we use your outdoor tap and power point. Heavily soiled vehicles may be re-quoted on arrival before any work begins.
