The process

Plenty of places buff headlights clear and hand the car back. It looks great for a month, then the bare polycarbonate hazes straight over again because nothing was put back on top.
We sand back the damaged layer, refine and polish the lens, then seal it with a UV-stable coating so the result holds.

Will cloudy headlights fail a roadworthy?
Badly degraded lenses can be flagged because they scatter light instead of throwing it down the road. Restoring them is far cheaper than replacing them.
How long does it take?
About 45 minutes to an hour for a pair.
How long does it last?
With the UV sealant, far longer than a polish alone. Parking undercover helps most.
