How long does a detail take?
Anywhere from about 2 hours for an Express detail up to 8 hours for a full Show Room package — it depends on the size of your vehicle and how dirty it is. We'll give you a realistic time when you book.
Do you come to me?
Yes — we're fully mobile. We bring all the equipment and professional products to your home or work — we just need access to an outdoor tap and a power point, anywhere across Brisbane and the Redlands, 7 days a week. You don't need to provide anything.
How much does it cost?
Every price is a range because we quote by vehicle size and condition. Packages start from $150, and you'll get a firm price confirmed before we start — no surprises.
What products do you use?
Professional, non-retail-grade products — the pro-line gear that properly cleans and protects your paint, not the cheap stuff from the servo. Your car is treated with proper care every time.
Can you get rid of scratches and swirls?
Light swirls, dull paint and surface marks can be machine-polished out as part of our Show Room package or a paint-enhancement add-on. Deep scratches that catch your fingernail may not fully come out, but we'll always tell you honestly what's achievable before we start.
Can you remove stains from my seats and carpets?
Most stains lift with our steam clean and wet-vac extraction. Some older or set-in stains may only improve rather than fully disappear — we'll be upfront about what we can achieve.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For most people, a maintenance detail every 4–8 weeks keeps a car looking its best — which is exactly what our fortnightly and monthly Maintenance Program is built for. A full detail 2–4 times a year is a good baseline.
How do I pay?
Cash, PayID or bank transfer, due on completion of the job. You'll get a proper tax invoice. No cash-handling hassle for business and fleet accounts — one invoice per visit.
Do you do fleet or dealership work?
Yes — we detail work utes, company cars and dealership stock on-site, on a set schedule, with volume discounts and one ABN invoice per visit. Ask us for a rate card.

Is my car's paint safe?
Absolutely. We use a safe pre-rinse, foam and gentle contact wash so we're never dragging grit across your paint — that's what causes swirls. Careful process, quality products, every time.
